CASC 142:学业成功策略 is a one-credit course open to all AS&希望提高学术技能的本科生. This is a discussion-based course designed to help students develop skills necessary for college success including time management, learning, 测试准备, 与教师互动, 做笔记等等. 作为课程的一部分, each student will also explore a campus resource and report their findings to the group.

Our academic success coach team works with groups on campus to run workshops for students regarding exam preparation, 阅读策略, 记笔记策略, 时间管理. 如欲安排工作坊，请提交 学业成功工作坊申请表格.
Someone from the Learning Center will reach out to you to set up a pre-workshop meeting with you (as the workshop requester) to discuss the format of your workshop and solidify a day and time with regard to your request.

Robin Frye is an assistant director of the Learning Center and the lead for the 学业成功辅导 Program. She also teaches courses in the Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) workshop program. She has been coaching graduate and undergraduate students on study-related topics since 2011. Currently, she largely supports students at the 医学院 and Dentistry. Robin received her PhD in developmental psychology from Clark University. |

No. We see students who are on the dean's list, as well as students who are on academic probation. The determining factor isn't whether or not you're doing well academically; it's whether you feel you could be getting more from your studies or using your time more effectively.
